Shipping & Returns

At Vex Pads, we do our best to make your shopping experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. Below you will find the key details about our shipping and return service.

Shipping:

- Free standard delivery on purchases over €50

- Within the Netherlands, we usually deliver within 1 to 2 business days

- International shipments are possible at competitive rates

- Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day 

- You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse  

Returns: 

- Free exchanges within 30 days of receipt

- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging

- We process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned product
